Conditioning
To excel in Gymnastics a gymnast must be in shape. A Gymnast should condition every to keep there muscles and heart in shape. If the muscles on a gymnast are npt strong enough it could lead to a bad injury. Gymnast condition the whole body since Gymnastics uses the whole body. Each event needs differant strenths. For example bars needs alot of arm and abb strenth and beam needs alot of calf, ankle, and leg strength to stay tight and on the beam.
