USAG stands for U.S.A. gymnastics. USAG gymnastics consists of 10 levels then after level ten you move onto the elite gymnastics team which has around 200 gymnast, the top gymnasts on the elite team qualify for the Olympics. Competitions are more serious and competitive. Levels six and under are compulsory levels where USAG makes all the routines up for each level and when you a level seven or above(optional) you get to create your own routines with certain skills. Each level takes an average of 1 year to complete. Some levels are longer and some are shorter. These meets travel longer distances than wipial and this program is a lot of fun.
